6月18日，基岩资本向美国证券交易委员会（SEC）公开递交招股说明书（F1），计划登陆纳斯达克主板市场。根据招股书显示，基岩资本此次IPO拟募集资金为7000万元美金（约4.5亿元人民币），其IPO的基石投资者包括3家美国投行巨头及3家国内大型商业银行和券商。
